When Alan Greenspan raised rates in the year 2000 because the economy was "too vibrant" he was wrong.
The market immediately began to retrench and even ,plunge in March of 2000 and later stair stepped down with sliding confidence numbers into 2001 and into 2002.
Whoops I better lower rates he says.
How many times will a cow come back into the shute once you have stuck them with a hot cattle prod ?,,,not very many__, or sheep for that matter
