In today's local paper we have 7000 jobs cut from American Airlines, The local Schwab closed sending 300 to the unemployment lines, Applied Materials is planning layoffs, and some part of the 15000 job cuts at IBM are expected to hit the local office. Every other major city probably has similar announcements. The economy is about to be double-Bushed.
