Hi R, <ot>

Yep, it looks like pretty soon it will show NO RISK!
:-)

Actually the all time low was hit in late 1987 of 20 (data goes back to 1982). We tied 20 in the last two weeks. Since we'd seen an all time High Risk value in 2000, March, I sort of thought we'd be seeing a new record low this time around. Maybe we just have to wait a bit longer.

It took from the March, 2000 high to the 9/11 tragedy to finally bring it back to Low Risk. That one was pretty short lived at just 8 weeks in low risk. We did get a very nice rally out of it, however.

Best regards, Tom

<< Another couple "low risk" weeks and
we'll be down to zero >>

As I said previously, when they pay me 5 cents to take the stock, I'm REALLY gonna load up . . . (;>

Actually, the situation has not significantly changed, other than the institutions have given up.

VTSS must stretch cash until new/existing products take hold, or else.

At some point, and the largest players are telling us it will be more than a quarter, the sector will come back to profitability. For us long term folks, use your speculative $$, not reserved for Pfizer, Citibank, or Exxon, and nibble in. If VTSS makes it through the tunnel, it will pay.

Facts:
email will continue to increase, much to the chagrin of USPS
broadband will grow, but like a glacier, irresistably
all the equipment purchased in 1999 will be OLD in 2003
VOIP is coming; don't blink.

Over the horizon:
the next "killer app" is about a year off and will soak up significant portions of existing bandwidth.
