There are laws governing the dumping of toxic materials in waterways...

I did see the interview of Mr. Hatfill and his lawyer...sounds to me like the FBI is back to making up stories again...

NPR reported this AM that Mr. Hatfill had written a book with a scenario similar to the anthrax mailings, but the tenor of it was not to glorify the terrorists.
