Isn't the problem with backlog that we have no visibility concerning timing? In big capital projects if anything prior to installation of amat equipment slips then amat deliveries have to slip too. My recollection is that some of that backlog has to be related to intel capex which has been delayed in some cases.

RtS, >This cycle has barely begun Gottfried. Unfortunately we have hit a rather large pothole.< the potholes have appeared in about the same place 4 times since Jan '95. But the media and analysts don't mention the earlier occurrences.
