Hi OL, Well, the markets seem to be in the mood to over-do whatever it is they're doing at the moment! VTSS has so far stayed above that $1.14 low and is currently about $1.30. You'd think there's enough anxiety out there that any rise should have plenty of resistance along the way. Certainly been plenty of shares change hands in the last six months.

Since you liked that last graph so much, here's the history from 1982 thru 1998:

From 1997 on it spent increasing amounts of time in the High Risk section. What surprised me was how hard the markets had to fall before we finally got a low risk signal.

Best regards, Tom

HI OL, NASDAQ Pre-Market shows VTSS off 15% to $1.16 this AM (9:10EDT).

There seem to be extremes on both ends but quiet in the middle of the N-100.

Best regards, Tom
