let's face it, you want to do away with options. That's your agenda so, you'll mince sentences to profer your agenda under the guise of humor. In your scenario the companies would simply be issuing stock as incentives, not options. Nothing wrong with that, it makes the accounting simple but, at least be honest with yourself and others.
