Where did this come from? A target of $25, equal to a PE of ~40 on an EPS of $0.65 for FY03 might make sense early in a recovery cycle.

This is what should be criminal. Conning suckers that a cap-ex company is worth 4 times normal. PE of 60? GMAFB And if you average the earnings you probably get a 500 PE.
