Bush seeks to assure; Cheney Silent, At Economic Forum:

Wall Street didn't buy Bush's assurances. Cheney didn't want to get up and say anything and then be asked questions about Halliburton. Cheney: I don't propose to make any remarks," he said at one point. "I came here to listen; the best policy this morning is to sit here and soak up your wisdom." Wisdom? whose? is he kidding.
