Nemer, You reminded me of the disaster I had a couple months ago. Seems the old PVC system was not put together very well. My neighbor comes over and tells me there is water, from my property, running down the street. So I investigate and discover that my back yard is pregnant, LOL. Weird to see a new and huge mound in the back yard. And interestingly the water was escaping into a drainage system some feet away so not coming directly out of the mound. I was startled when I first saw this, LOL.. Stay dry. Walt
