RE: "...the majority of the market is at buy levels..." My "market" is the technology stocks. I think your statement is very dangerous with respect to technology. Many technology companies may not survive this "bubble" aftermath. Amateur investors, those who look at charts and numbers (PE P/B PSR) and know little about the products and competitive positions of technology companies, still stand to lose much of their money at these seemingly low prices.
