From the last report: On May 7, 2002, Auxer announced that the Board of Directors is focusing its corporate resources on sourcing acquisition candidates in the telecommunications and technology industry sectors. Management has since identified candidates to invest in and/or acquire within the Transportation Industry. As of the third quarter ending September 30, 2002, Auxer has engaged several discussions with merger candidates and continues to negotiate. Looks like we may be merging.
