Okay huey, but you can't have it both ways. You can not change the denominator and the numerator. It's got to be one or the other. So, if expensing options, which I don't care what you say, is NOT a cash expense, makes you feel better than seeing your shares diluted, so be it. All I'm saying is that the exercise is very similar to having CEOs sign off that they're going to be ethical. Both changes remind me of pissing in the wind--a complete waste of time. But that's what politicians love to do. regards, bt
