OK, sounds reasonable that 500 WPW is too much, actually, I think this same guy said they were running 200 WPW of pilot Hammer production.

If they're saying they'll start production in 4 weeks you have to ask yourself why are they waiting 4 weeks if the design is correct now?

But wouldn't it take 4 weeks to reconfigure half the fab? So the validation may be complete and the reconfiguration will take 4 weeks. Remember, Hammer is SOI but TBred isn't.

Some of the equipment for the bottom layer might be in use for the TBred process. That would stretch out the reconfiguration time.
