Here's a good thought I was watching the tube and they were showing charts of stocks of companies whose officers said they wouldn't sign off. Well, most of these stocks were down a good 50% from their recent highs. So I think if I was a CEO of a kick ass company I would refuse to sign. Let them take my stock out back to the wood shed. Do some personal buying, and than announce a company stock buy back, And the rest is history. LOL !
