That story's so old it's growing whiskers, Tommy Boy. I'm glad to see that the National Right to Work (For Less) Legal Defense Foundation is on top of this one and has filed a complaint with (drum roll please) the National Labor Relations Board. My suspicion is that the NRWFLLDF tried to interest some state attorneys general in this case, but all of 'em threw the NRWFLLDF stooges out on the street. Having said that, if there was any wrongdoing by anyone ... regardless of union affiliation ... they ought to be punished.
