I had heard this may happen and it may have been part of the reason for the 'layoff' of ERP consultants. There's been a lot of talk in past years of shipping this type of work overseas, but it seems more likely now with the difficult economic climate in the US. The ERP consulting rates have been unbelieveably expensive until the past year or so. I do agree with your feeling of getting what you pay for. --Rob
