Sorry, I was in error to suggest that foreign money would come into the markets at a time when the value of the dollar is falling against currencies like the yen and Euro. I still believe that the economy is not all that strong and that generally low corporate profits will keep investors away from equities for awhile. My assumption of a very slowly improving economy also does not take into consideration what would happen in the event of a war in the Middle East. This event would probably wipe out most market gains, except for defense stocks and oil producers.
