Uh, in that case I must not have said that. :-)

I am not about to contradict those CL nerds. Actually, I can imagine ways of doing it, particularly if a javascript is sent with the mail. That java can know its owners address, it can get your address (obviously the mail knows where it was sent) and the java can send a reply back to its owner if the mail is opened. I generally don't open unsolicited mail.

Maybe you ought to let Yahoo know what's being sent out in their name.

(The "enter here big boy" is a hot link. I mean, a live one. Well, you know what I mean.)
Yeah, I know what you mean. Definitely a hot link. And a live one. :-)

wish I'd saved mr. mark's explanation of how they know whether their recipients' addresses are dead, and should thus be deleted from their list, or not.
I would have liked to have seen that.
I asked mr.mark:

Also, do you know that I could earn a hundred thousand a year by working from home two to three hours a week?
You mean I slaved all those years AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO? Why didn't someone tell me? :)

There are many such opportunities. Also, if I'm so inclined, I can find out everything about everybody. Why I would want to they neglected to make clear.
You can't think of reasons? :-)
