Rick Rule is the California rock star of the mining investment community. It is ironic that the Canadian Mining investment commentary world is ruled by US figures, like Rule, Kaiser and formerly tier-king Chelekis. The Canadian guys are also-rans. I tried the scene during the bull market and got disenchanted. It's a brown shoe living and everybody wants free data and sure winners, pay yah later. Sure.

Rule looks like he should be selling surfboards. Like our friend the gold bull Dines, Rule is a bull for hire.

Of course mining will never die. Some day in the not too distant future, Mad Maxes will be driving midnite mining dragsters on the beach, sucking up placers sands and selling nuggets during the day in the back alleys of the continuous metropolitan hinterland from their hovercars.
