Anyway, and jokes aside, it is hot. In fact, hotter than body heat. I don't like it above 30C and I note Washington is 40C --- not talking about Baghdad, 48C. If temperatures like that persist people will die, especially the old and frail. And, of course, airconditioning does not solve the problem. All it does is put that bit of heat, which should fall on one person, on to someone else. It's just like putting one's sewage into the water reservoir --- and hoping one doesn't have to drink that water.
