If Saddam feels that an attack by Shrub is meant to take him out, wouldn't that make him MORE likely to blow off everything that he has? And if he does, I suppose Condeleeza Rice will be saying "how could anybody have known that he would have done that". Sometimes it's not a good idea to poke a stick into a hornets nest.
