17:46 ET AOL certifies; 39 to go : AOL finally certified, leaving just 39 on our list; recently removed: OGE, TEN, APCC, DHR, AEE, MCH, BOW, RTN, TMPW, CKC. We have also removed five cos from our list that do not report on a calendar year basis and therefore may have been listed on the SEC list of Aug 14 deadlines by mistake: AV, GHVI, MGL, DSS, UGI.

It will be interesting to see if an analyst or two downgrades BEAS tomorrow so they can get it cheaper for their firms clients. I have seen that a lot lately. They would probably use the PE as an excuse as it still has a modestly high PE in this uncertain environment, although 23-ish is not bad and they are one of the better performing companies in this market.
