It would take a close of 97.60 for the mother of all hound signals (3% above that last top).

I recall seeing similar action in the Dow twice this year: in February at 9600, which was good for 1,000 points, and then again in May at 9800, which was good for 500 points. Will be interesting to see how much they can get out of this one. It's already done just under 400 points off the lows.
