dvdw.

Thank-you for noting this post. I am always very willing to have my perspectives corrected when they are convened by "the facts" so to speak.

Just wondering dvdw how far back you are considering history BTW. IMO there is value in examining any historical time period - whether a week, a month, a year, or a decade. But to examine history through several distinct cycles, going back at least 100 years, so that one is able to witness many different types of economic and monetary environments - from moderate inflation, to moderate disinflation, to rampant inflation, to severe deflation.

In any event, I look very forward to you contributions dvdw.

Best regards,
Glenn
