Your take on the posts definitely is amazing. I said nothing about trusting the 10K, I just offered a quote from what you might consider a more educated and credible source(the CFO of Intel) than you believe me to be. How you interpret that to mean I trust the rule-makers is a leap I can't quite follow.

Not being a reliable measure is not "good enough", at least by my standards.

PS I rescind my harsh attitude since the exchange has taken on a more respectful discourse.
