This is the list containing the tenets Laz evidently claims identify me as a liberal despite my requests that he not do so because of of the nature of my actual positions, as frequently explicated on SI, and most of all because of the feeling it gives me that there's no point in discussion if all it gets you is labeling such as this, instead of a lively argument on issues: Message 17879240 Laz is a friend of mine and one of my very favorite human beings on SI, so this is a genuine attempt to remedy what I see as a sort of "tic" that's ruining the thread. The timing is bad because it's a busy time for me for discussion anyway. (I understood your sarcasm, of course.)
