Well those with extreme comprehension problems would expect flooding to have to something to do with monica. Also those with extreme comprehension problems would claim to have heard things that were never said.

Does Bush (43) dispute global warming? Or that the burning of fossil fuels results in global warming?

Anyway, don't worry about it. When Saddam gets nuclear weapons, he can fix the problem of American excessive petroleum consumption.
