Bush apparently doesn't think he needs the money enough to go along with what both houses of Congress have agreed to -- that's his choice.

Also, the departure point for your anti-pork campaign should be the shipyards of Gulf Coast Mississippi, where Trent Lott is spending millions and millions of Uncle Sam's dollars on vessels the Navy says it doesn't want or need.
