Unfortunately Brimelow has a serious problem getting his facts straight. It certainly makes me wonder about how many facts go awry in the financial press.

Brinker put his BJGroup clients into the QQQs. It wasn't just a random musing a la Russell.

What's interesting is that even Hulbert thought this was part of the model portfolios until Brinker failed to include them as he should have. The BJGroup people, I understand, were told that their money had gone into this after the fact. I also understand that the BJGroup was not supposed to be into short term trading. What was that about?

Anyone here participated in that one?

Bob Brinker's Moneytalk returns to Saturday Line-up, with Suze Orman

One of the hot topics on everyone's mind right now is the stock market and the economy. WABC has decided to return Bob Brinker to his Saturday time slot, 4-7pm, to allow WABC listeners to both call-in and ask questions, and listen to his sage advice. Bob's Sunday show 4-7pm will also remain. WABC will follow the Saturday Brinker show with the Suze Orman money show from 7-9pm. Brinker is now considered a hero by many for his predictions of the current stock market woes. He's now helping investors to understand this current bull market [that has to be a typo or some clueless clerk], and make adjustments that may save their retirement later. WABC's Saturday line-up will remain through the fall, with a strong stable of both local and network talk talent.
