Operation Squeegee (8/14)
Vancouver residents beware. The next guy who approaches your car with a squeegee at an intersection may not be a homeless person. He may be a policeman. "Operation Squeegee" is designed to catch motorists who aren't wearing their seatbelts. In just one four-hour period, cops gave out 90 tickets. They also got spat upon and told to get a job. It isn't clear whether that was before or after they whipped out their badges.
