The bond bunch is a smart bunch. The 5 year just hit record low yields. Tells me that some smart money was willing to buy those bonds up until Tuesday. I don't think CSCO's numbers have them running to the door just yet. Here's a chart on the 10 treasury for 5 years. I don't think the yields get this low if a recovery is seen just around the corner. the bond people are too smart and deal with big dollars. The long bond is trading below 5%. I think yields need to go higher here before I start worrying about the shorts.
