I also am against pork-barrel spending by the government - of which there is currently an abundance from both Parties, with all semblance of spending discipline gone....

But how much of that $5 billion dollar appropriation does the Prez object to?

I agree, but unfortunately, that ain't the way "the system" works. Both political parties are equally attracted to piggy-back pork.
