Actually, the U.S. planted spies on the inspection team. The U.S. withdrew the inspectors because it planned to bomb Iraq and it did not want its spies killed.

No, a decade ago he had not only developed them with crucial U.S. and British support, but he had actually used them. And the "victims" did blab.

Wrong. The thinking is that his WMD programs have either completely disappeared or seriously regressed over the past decade.
