Yes I would be ok if the government rounded up people that "advocate" blowing up abortion clinics. Don't they? That sounds like a threat to me, and I thought threatening people was illegal. Maybe it has to do with the specificity of the threat.

Do you think freedom of speech covers "advocating" blowing places up? If it is legal to do that, I am not too happy about it. How does "advocate" differ from "incite", or does it?

Also - like I said, one case does not make it like that gov't's objective is to round up innocent people. Their objective is to round up guilty people. If a mistake or two is made, I can forgive them for it. Particularly in light of what happened on September 11, 2001.

Protecting Americans is the government's TOP priority.
