Ted, <this new processing info was released as early as March, 2002, and possibly earlier.> When did Intel reveal the use of strained silicon? To my knowledge, this announcement was the first. Besides, even if this release was just a rehash, how is that evidence that Intel is running scared of Hammer? To those with an AMD-centric view of the world, Intel can't say anything without being seen as "worried over Hammer." It's kind of like your view of Bush, or David's view of Clinton.
