Yes. I'm big on "throw them out and start over", after being in the middle of the failed Perot campaign.
So much healthy political vitality showed up in a few months in the 3rd Party in '92, just due to an opportunity to participate, it was clear there's incredible depth of talent, honesty and willingness for civic service in this country.

I didn't vote for Willie, but the one saving grace was his willingness and ability to speak extemporaneously. In spite of so-called "lies", and political offenses you cite, that went a long way with me, as it does wrt McCain and Rep Paul. I'd rather disagree w. someone's policies or even personal mores, and hear them expound in public and actually know what they're talking about, than what looks to me clearly like a puppet managed by fascist puppeteers.

Then, when they screw up, throw them out <gg>

Unfortunately, w. Bush Inc., I'm one of the ones who thinks we may have trouble getting rid of the crew behind the scenes, regardless whether we have a "regime change" in 2004, the puppetmasters will still be there, unless we have transparency waaaaaayy beyond anything anyone is talking about. And we may have essentially martial law by then in any case.

Of course, now the populace has been smacked in the head enough times and fed enough disincentive propaganda that they're saying "to hell with it, we don't count anyway". At least for now.
