Joe, that's interesting reading, thanks for the URL. Do you read anything into the re-ordering of the final 2 steps. I understood that labelling approvals would be a process that occurs after approval of the drug. That appears the most logical order for the path of the approval process to follow. Perhaps this document is more of a layman's summary? Then again - you posted the exact wording, i.e. <FDA reviewers will approve the drug or find it either "approvable" or "not approvable."> That is not good English/ that is not understandable. Am I heading into 'angels on the head of a pin territory' ? Fox.
