Huh? Personal Responsibility is a figment of your imagination. It doesn't exist in the normal sense with regard to ordinary, everyday events. How would you suggest we instill personal responsibility to those who already have passed on this character item? If we allow the masses to be high everyday, everywhere, whenever they feel the urge.....there won't be enough newsprint to cover all the shootings. And I am suggesting those who would exercise this new right would be the ones getting shot.....as they meander through life with ABSOLUTE total disregard for the lives of others. YOu wanna grow some at home and have a happy time with SNL.....go to it....you want your local mall filled with stoned teens every evening....well, I suggest you leave the kid and the Mrs. home. Life, would not be the same....ever. And who suggests that the guy stoned doesn't have a gun.....is this another law we should impose or change....? New Law: Please leave your guns at home if you are driving stoned. Shootie
