Yes, Paul, there has only been one decent rally after such a reading. HOWEVER, keep in mind the parallel I also point out: that reading/rally was also one month after an IT bottom. I would also note that the VIX was around the same level then, on its way down from higher points. Coincidence? Most likely, but I do think those similarities should be noted. After all, if we get a rally from here I'll look like a genius, even if I'm not long <g> the freep, still gloating over his 50K grub
