Companies can print more shares, the fed can print more money, but its hard to print more real estate with a view of the pacific ocean.

We bought our current house about 9 months after the crash of a real estate bubble in the 1980's. I recommend waiting until interest rates go up since that drives the price even lower. A few years later you can usually refinance at a much better rate then you have the low price and the low rate.
