The latter of the two, if you referring to the former functionality. They just did a find+replace on the text of the selected message inserting a tag for red around the hits of the searched terms.

Whats with the near CONSTANT casino pop up ads? At least the motley fool one doesn't screw up my browser like the casino ones often do. Its just not worth it for me to bother hitting the site with that.
