Hi carranza2; Re the economic cost of an Iraq conflict.

I don't think that the economic costs would be significant, at least in the near term, and in fact I think that it would probably stimulate the economy. War is good for the economy. War fears aren't usually too good for the economy, but if you'll look at this chart you'll find no big dive when the Kuwaiti or Afghani liberations went on:

We could look up the data for unemployment, but it's going to say the same thing. War is a good thing for the economy.
