Well, heck, he only started talking politics in 1965, and the Soviet Union started to decline in the 1950s, so you have built yourself a conveniently negative time window there.

I provided you with a source where Chomsky says he criticized the North Vietnamese government as Stalinist. If you want to refute that, you have to do your own legwork.
