Wow 1500 in the COMP?

Anyway here is my take from some somebody;

<<If the Dow holds above 8616 intraday, and also rallies above 8914 intraday by the close of trading, then there maybe some further rally into early next week. If the Dow falls below 8616 intraday at any time tomorrow, no matter where the Dow closes tomorrow, then it could signal that an even stronger decline is coming over the short term.>>

<<If the DOW 8353 support is broken from here on at any time, a much more severe decline will likely follow, although we doubt this will occur before sometime next week.>>

Dow closing at 8914 and holds above 8616 intraday.

Mish5000..nice analysis....what kind of time targets are you looking for reaching 1500 then dumping hard..then rally..then dump hard again.

Almost!!...Well, we got our proposed spike dip to the 1320's and are now in the process of forming our "Hammer" on the Futs Daily Candle.

Message 17883814

Couple of observations, we are locked in a huge rising wedge on the 60 which looks set to peak between 1380 and first target 1400. Longer term indicators are starting to peak at OB so my best guess is the 1400 Target should now be a blow off before we dice around and correct.

I have MAX Pain on the Q's at 23.. and we are way above that, which should be taken as a positve for the current momentum. Currently almost 25.

Still holding proposed targets of :

1400, 1425, 1450, 1480 then 1500 distributive top - until I see something to make me assume otherwise.

BINGO!!! .... Played out to an absolute tee.... Well, in re-assesment, we are closing in on the 1400 Target, and given the fact that we have not had a substantial pullback, this looks as good a time as any to start taking some very healthy profits....

Next resistance is at 1425 then 1450...1425 is a possibility but 1450 would be pushing it without some kind of decent retrace.....

Message 17883814

My best guess is we distribute around this area and start to correct shortly. We are starting to look quite tired. I want to see the retrace before making any further assumptions as to next upside targets.
