That's really interesting. I have read about using cover crops before but not in that much detail. Seems like it might be a lot of work for a small garden but for bigger plots with machinery makes a lot of sense.
I use a lot of organic compost and then mulch with grass clippings, which works pretty well. The grass clippings,
about 6 inches thick, keep the weeds down well.
