Lane:

No, nothing special, but it would fit with their direction and stated strategy. If that happened, we might get a small pop...better name recognition than BRCD. Judging from Franks buying, he is confident of something happening. Maybe it's worth a try.

Cisco is already a customer. This excerpt is from a recent SEC filing.

To date, our revenues have been principally derived from sales to equipment manufacturers who sell products for
building and testing storage area networks. Approximately 68% of our total revenues in fiscal 2001 and 66% of our total
revenues in fiscal 2002 were derived from sales to these customers and the remaining portion of our sales were primarily to
customers who sell Gigabit Ethernet applications for building and testing LAN and MAN networks. We sell our products to
leading storage equipment manufacturers such as Brocade, EMC and Emulex as well as to leading data networking equipment
manufacturers such as Cisco Systems, Extreme Networks and Foundry Networks.
