Possibly, but I'm for truth in advertising first and foremost. If he had put it into his model portfolios, I suspect he would have cut it off fairly quickly as it would hurt his future subscription sales.

The sneaky, underhanded, lying way that he did the trade leaves him the option of touting it if it went up or covering it up if it went down. I don't think he cares one whit if the QQQs were to go to 10. It's obvious that his one-sided lying infomercial is working as people seem to think he said go to cash in January 2000.

IMO, he feels that he won't get hurt any more if the QQQs were to crash to 0 and the fact that his customers would be hurt further doesn't appear to phase him one bit. Lack of conscience? I think so.
