Jerome, high, average, low are mean and standard deviation [or 2x std dev] over a number of days [I forget how many].

Was today's rise of DISH engineered to get some in the know out? If you look at a 10 minute chart there are two large spikes of volume. Was that when the knowledgable ones sold? stockcharts.com[w,a]hacl...

I'm not interested in DISH, but it is intriguing.
