I think the problem (and its not that big of one) is that there are too many people like you that make false statements. America HAS NOT declared war on America or Americans. We have gone to war against terrorism. Your paranoid twisting of President's words and deeds imply that all Americans are terrorists. Are you? I know that I am not, nor are the vast majority (over 99.9% imo) of Americans.

I mis interpreted your post. Sorry. I thought you were saying you concluded that. My answer to the newly understood post is that we don't know that yet. Looks like there is a lot of info. It will come out eventually. Better safe than sorry in this case.

Do you even believe that we should have an enemy combatant designation?
